Refunds

14-day money-back guarantee. If the pack isn't for you, email info@northbyte.online within 14 days of your purchase with your order number and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked. Refunds are paid out by Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. When a refund is issued, your download link and license end.

Right of withdrawal

About the legal right of withdrawal: because the pack is digital content delivered immediately, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU/UK ends when the download starts, if you agreed to that at checkout. Our voluntary guarantee above gives you the same 14 days anyway.
